50 points = $1 CAD in redemption value. Points can be redeemed at checkout in increments determined by your cart total.
Points are earned based on your tier level. Maple Tier earns 1 point per $1 spent, Beaver Tier earns 2 points per $1 spent, Moose Tier earns 3 points per $1 spent, and Polar Tier earns 5 points per $1 spent.
You earn points on DTF transfers, stickers, supplies, and custom Canadian products. Some product categories may be excluded from earning points.
At checkout, you'll see an option to apply your available points to your order. Simply select how many points you want to use, and the equivalent dollar amount will be deducted from your total.
Yes, points expire 9 months after they are earned. We'll send you reminders when your points are approaching expiration.
No, reward points cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers. You'll need to choose which discount provides the best value for your order.
Your reward level is determined by your total spend over a rolling 12-month period. As you spend more, you'll automatically be upgraded to higher tiers. If your spending decreases, you may be moved to a lower tier at the end of the 12-month period.
If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your rewards balance. If you've already redeemed points earned from a returned purchase, your points balance may become negative until you earn enough points to offset it.
