What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the printing method. For screen printing, we typically require a minimum of 12 pieces per design. For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, we can accommodate orders as small as 1 piece. Contact us with your specific needs, and we'll recommend the best approach for your project.

How long does the production process take?

Standard production time is 7-10 business days after design approval. This includes material preparation, printing, quality control, and packaging. For rush orders, we offer expedited services that can reduce production time to 3-5 business days for an additional fee. Please note that shipping time is separate from production time.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

For best results, we prefer vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF formats with text converted to outlines. For complex designs, high-resolution (300 DPI or higher) PSD, PNG, or JPEG files are acceptable. If you don't have print-ready artwork, our design team can help create or optimize your design for an additional fee.

How do I care for my custom printed apparel?

To maximize the lifespan of your custom apparel, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best results. For screen-printed items, iron on the reverse side only. Each order includes care instructions specific to the printing method and fabric used.

Can I see samples before placing a large order?

Yes! We offer sample production for a nominal fee. This allows you to evaluate the fabric quality, print technique, and overall appearance before committing to a larger order. Sample costs are typically credited toward your final order when you proceed with production.

What printing methods do you offer?

We offer several printing methods to suit different needs: Screen printing (ideal for larger quantities and vibrant, durable prints), DTG or Direct-to-Garment printing (perfect for detailed, full-color designs and smaller quantities), Heat transfer (great for names, numbers, and specific applications), and Embroidery (for a premium, textured finish). Our team will recommend the best method based on your design, quantity, and budget.
