At Peazzy Print Shop, we take pride in the quality of our custom printed products. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order with us.
Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue to help us resolve your concern.
Printing Errors
If there is a printing error that is our fault (such as wrong colors, misaligned prints, or poor print quality), we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the item at no additional cost
- Partial refund based on the severity of the error
- Full refund if a replacement cannot be provided
Design Approval
For custom designs, we provide digital proofs for your approval before printing. Once you approve a design, you accept responsibility for:
- The accuracy of text and spelling
- The placement and size of design elements
- Color choices (note that slight variations may occur between digital displays and printed products)
We are not responsible for errors in designs that have been approved by you.
Size and Fit
We provide detailed size charts for all apparel items. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you select the wrong size. Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled.
Return Process
If you believe you are eligible for a return or exchange:
- Contact us at privacy@peazzyprintshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue
- Attach clear photos showing the problem
- Wait for our response with further instructions
Do not send any items back without our prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If an exchange is approved, we will provide specific instructions for returning the original item. You may be responsible for return shipping costs.
International Orders
For international orders, the same policies apply, but please note:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
- International shipping for returns or exchanges may be cost-prohibitive
- We may offer alternative solutions for international customers
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Any exceptions made are one-time accommodations and do not constitute a change to this policy.
