What You Agree To When Submitting Designs

  • You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any artwork, logos, images, text, or other content included in your design.
  • You agree that your design does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
  • You authorize Peazzy Print Shop to reproduce your design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Content We Cannot Print

  • Designs that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
  • Designs that include third-party logos or branded elements without authorization.
  • Designs copied or traced from protected works without permission.

How We Handle IP Concerns

  • If we suspect a design may violate IP rights, we may request documentation of your authorization or licenses.
  • We may offer alternatives (e.g., changing elements or using original artwork) to help you proceed with your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to produce any order that appears to violate IP rights.

Reporting IP Infringement

If you believe that content produced or displayed by Peazzy Print Shop infringes your intellectual property, please contact us with the following:

  • Your name, company (if applicable), and contact information.
  • A description of the IP you claim is infringed (include registration numbers or URLs, if applicable).
  • The specific content or order in question and why you believe it infringes.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the IP owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the IP owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Licensing & Permissions

For designs using third‑party content, you may submit documentation such as license agreements, written permissions, or purchase receipts from authorized marketplaces. This helps us verify rights and process your order promptly.

Repeat Infringement

Customers who repeatedly submit infringing content may be restricted from placing future orders.
